I’ve been feeling the need for a little more fun and creativity in my day-to-day. I used to spend a lot of time making cards, little books, drawing and painting, but my art supplies have been collecting a fair amount of dust since I’ve been focused on writing.
I miss that creative spark. But I needed something that was easy. That I could add to my days without pressure or guilt. Because not all good things have to be complicated and hard work. Sometimes easy is just what the doctor ordered.
Inspired by Tiffany Han’s daily post-it project, Elizabeth at Iterate Social, and Real Simple’s #WomenIRL campaign (you should be following them all!), I’ve launched my own Instagram project. I’ll be posting a picture daily on Instagram within the theme #GoodMove.
Yes, this is the title of my new book about relocating with kids. But don’t worry, I’m not posting pictures of boxes, tape guns, and frustrated, stressed-out parents.
I’m going a little bit broader capturing all of the Good Moves we make every day. The possibilities are endless, right?
If you’re not following me on Instagram, come on over and take a look. And if you feel inspired, post your own photos and tag them with #GoodMove. I’d love to see what you are up to.
Need inspiration? Here are some #GoodMoves from my Instagram (@kalysullivan) this past week. Want to know the stories behind these little gems? You’ll have to head over to Instagram to find out…
