What caught my eye this week? Good graphics, comfort zones, fresh pizza and free shiny stuff.
9 out of 10 Americans Are Completely Wrong About This Mind Blowing Fact – I learned about this short informational video over on Seth Godin’s blog. If you’re not familiar with Seth, he’s a marketing guru. And sure, this video is a teensy bit political, but our government is shut down after all so it’s kind of on my mind. And as Seth points out, even if you don’t agree with the sentiments, you have to admit that the way the information is visually presented is a compelling way to communicate complicated information like yawn inducing statistics that usually make me glaze over. I was not glazed over watching this. Happy viewing.

Dough Nut – This video via PureWow has me super excited for Friday night, pizza night. We eat a lot of pizza, and I love how this video gives you five fresh takes on pizza with some jolly music and super yummy ingredients. I’m totally inspired. Kudos to PureWow for ditching the typical recipe slideshow format and taking it to the next level.
Stila Cosmetics Giveaway – Over at What Would Gwyneth Do, one of my regular blog reads, they’re giving away three Stila gift baskets chock full of lovely, shiny things. So why not throw your name in?
