I’m creeping up on one year of blogging about everything under the sun and doing my best to always keep it real. And in my effort to keep it real, I’m always questioning, seeking, reevaluating and overthinking. It’s just how I roll.
It’s time for some changes.
It’s time to unleash another iteration of this blog into the world.
Don’t panic. The blog is not going away.
Just take a few deep breaths.
And no, I’m not pregnant which always seems to be the next question.
But I am working on three (count ’em – one, two, three) other pretty hefty writing projects.
To which I say hooray!
Minute by minute I’m flipping between – I’ve got this and I have no freakin clue what I am doing.
Over the next three months I promise to disclose them all to you, but right now everything is a little too uncooked. But I’m really, really, excited and can not wait to tell you all about them, where they came from, and how I’m attempting to handle everything.
In order to do these other projects well and give them the time and attention they need, I need to give myself a little more space. And that means less compulsive reading and online sourcing of things. I can’t fit it in. I seem to be producing more content than I am consuming and that is a very good thing.
As a result, I’m retiring the weekly What Kaly Found blog post. I will still review resources and books through more dedicated posts. I’m just ending the weekly link ups. And instead of hoarding my favorites, I will start sharing articles as I find them on Facebook and Twitter on a more regular basis.
This will free up some of my time spent hunting down gems (this really does take longer than one might think) and you will get a more thorough look into books, magazines and web sites that I really love.
Everyone wins! In the meantime, check out my new Spring Pinterest board (FYI – some racy stuff pops up when you search chocolate bunny on Pinterest if you’re into that sort of thing.). I’ll keep adding more as the snow thaws…
Thanks for reading. And understanding.
Have a very real weekend.
Good luck on all your projects. Can’t wait to hear more.
Thanks…it’s all happening. More news soon.
